David Smith, director of Belcon Constructions has extensive experience building in the Byron Shire. His professional attitude towards all aspects of a building project, along with his background in carpentry and eye for detail ensure the highest of expectations are met. No one is more demanding on detail & perfection than David himself.
Within any building process, both communication and transparency with both clients and project designers are paramount. Our office provides all parties with a consistent flow of information relating to construction schedules and project budgets ensuring full understanding of where a build is at any one time and projected timing and costs.
Working with award winning architects, interior designers and landscape architects means we have a broad knowledge and understanding of all working processes, giving us the ability to input our experience as required.
